UAE foreign ministry offers condolences to Saudi Embassy Abu Dhabi, Aug. 2, 2005 (WAM) — The Foreign Ministry has condoled the Saudi Arabian Embassy here on the death of King Fahd bin Abdul Aziz.
On behalf of Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Sheikh Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Foreign Minister, Rashid Abdullah Al Nu’aimi and staff of the Foreign Ministry, Acting Foreign Ministry Under Secretary, Ahmed Abdul Rahman Al Jarman, offered here today condolences to the Charge d’Affaires at the Saudi Arabian Embassy, Nasir bin Ali Al Houti and the staff of the Saudi Embassy on the demise of King Fahd.
Al Jarman signed the book of condolences in which he expressed deep grief and profound condolences on the loss of King Fahd, who he described as “one of the most distinguished Arab and Muslim leaders who spent his life and exerted his efforts in serving his country, Arab and Islamic causes.” He prayed to God to grant his soul perfect peace and his family and the people of Saudi Arabia the patience to bear the great loss.
